The award was presented to him by Mr.Anuj Puri, Head of Global Real Estate Firm JLL in India, on 13-02-2015 at Hotel Taj Lands End, Mumbai. This event was organized by ABP News national  Channel. This is part of several awards which Dr.K.V.Satish has received in this young but illustrious career.

K. V. Satish is a First Generation Entrepreneur who is from a middle class family with no prior business experience. He always had a strong feeling to start his own business venture and through that help others by giving employment and also giving quality homes to middle class people with this vision he formed team of 1200 young staff and given them career. Hence he founded DS Max Properties Pvt Ltd in 2007 after gaining sufficient experience in his earlier real estate ventures. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Mysore University.
He has totally 9 years of experience in Real Estate Development. He is actively involved and takes care of Strategy, Planning and Growth of the company. He is also bestowed with several National and International Awards like ‘The Great Son of Karnataka Award’ ,  Doctor of Honours from Srilankan University, Bharat Gaurav National Award  etc.  He also plays the role of Mentor in the company like grooming and guiding young upcoming talents in the company and hand holding them till they are ready for bigger roles in the company. Now the company current valuation comes to approximately Rs.1000 crs and heading towards upper heights.
This journey was not easy and Dr.Satish had to sacrifice a lot in his young age to set up this business and faced lot of difficulties to achieve this. However he did not compromise with his aim and discipline and he pursued his goals and objectives with dedication. His vision is to see that every single Indian should have a home of his own. This perfectly tallies with the vision of our current able Prime Minister of India Mr.Narendra Modi.
He is also involved and guides the charity works of the company through its 2 charity arms Aashra Foundation and KVS Fans Charitable Trust.
